How do you ship your goods to the UK?
Orders are dispatched either via the Royal Mail or courier, depending on weight and size of the products. 90% of our items are dispatched by the Royal Mail, so will be delivered with your usual postie. Please note that if you are ordering items which won’t fit through your letterbox, you may need to go to your local sorting office to collect them. If you would prefer your item to be left in a safe place, please leave instructions for this in the customer comments box at the checkout, PLEASE NOTE: Any instructions to leave your box in a safe place will be added to the parcel when we dispatch your order. We take no responsibility for items left in a safe place at the customers request.
What are the shipping costs for orders?
Orders over £50.00 have free shipping. Please select this option at the checkout. Orders under the amount will be charged at £4.95. Local collection is also available for anyone who can collect from our warehouse in Ilkeston. Please select this shipping option at the checkout and we will be in touch to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
Can my order be delivered quickly?
Should you wish to have your order delivered quickly, please either drop us an email on sales@alltiedupuk.com or give us a call on 01157 270517. Where possible, we will accommodate your request. Any express or special delivery charges will be charged on top of your original shipping charge.
How long will an order take to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. If you need your order quickly, please feel free to give us a call to check availability, we will certainly help out where we can! Special delivery and express shipping charges can be added to your order over the telephone, cost is dependent upon weight of goods.
How long will shipping take?
Once dispatched, shipping will generally take between 1-3 days for UK based orders, but please allow up to 5 days for them to arrive before contacting us. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, but during busy periods this make take longer.
